I had an amazing experience with the team at Krispy Kreme in Jersey City while coordinating a fundraising order of 20 boxes of donuts. A special thank you to Victor, Albie, and Paul for their outstanding customer service. Since I had to split the order into two pickups of 10 boxes each, they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Victor went above and beyond by helping me load all of the boxes into my car on both pickup days, which was incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. Everyone was friendly, professional, organized, and genuinely supportive of our fundraising efforts. It’s clear that this team takes pride in providing excellent service and creating a positive customer experience. Thank you again, Victor, Albie, and Paul, for your kindness and assistance. You helped make our fundraiser a success, and I truly appreciate it!

This is my favorite Krispy Kreme to go to when I’m craving something sweet. The Worker Albi was super helpful and recommended delicious flavors. And his coworker Jason was super nice as well. I can truly say there is nothing but great service that always comes from here and the environment is always cleanly. 10/10 recommend coming here. Thanks again for the fantastic service.

This was absolutely a life saver, I grabbed a coffee for my mom and a matcha berry from Starbucks and came to Krispy Kreme for some doughnuts to compliment the drinks. The doughnuts were a Mother’s Day surprise, (my mom LOVES KRISPY KREME!) I order the double Hershey and another doughnut, but got a box of three. As soon as I left I went back in to get another one for my dad, and the guy who served me said the doughnut was on the house, originally I thought I got 2 doughnuts and one free one, but he ended up giving me 3 free. Although I didn’t catch his name, I really wanted to send all my gratitude to him, and I hope he gets blessed. Although I am on a rambling tangent, I just wanted to say thank you, and, KRISPY KREME ROCKS 🤘🤘

Don’t get me wrong, the Krispy Kreme donuts are amazing. But $15 for 6 plain donuts is just ridiculous! And it was Mother’s Day!💁🏽 My husband of 39 years just paid; but even Doughs, which is way better, doesn’t cost this much, a plain donut! No sprinkles, cookies, fillings…plain!
